There was a transport strike announced in Kerela during our group dates. We immediately contacted the local administration offices to provide security with official Pilot cars along with our booked vehicles.

Defy the Nature

Gaja Cyclone hit Colombo during our group departure on 23rd Nov. As a result the flights got delayed by almost 4-5 hours. Keeping the comfort of guests in this crisis situation, our Tour Managers made all the guests comfortable by arranging meals at Airport for them. As the ongoing flight connections got affected, our backend team arranged the onward tickets for all the guests at 0200hrs (midnight). The client is really happy with our services.

Cementing The Relationship

This was a series group & each batch consisted of 300-400 Pax. The enroute lunch venue booked for group was not big enough to accommodate a group size of 400 pax at a single time. We checked the venue a day prior & shifted half of the group to a different venue of the same category & with the same menu. Due to this decision the group went off smoothly & we got excellent feedback.

Strong Bonding

The client had increased the number of pax at the last minute and the entire inventory of the hotel was booked. We were left with a shortfall of rooms & due to the peak season there were availability issues for last minute bookings. We got rooms in one of the hotels of a similar category. The client was really happy & appreciated our efforts.

Midnight Surprises

As per the travel plan fixed with the client, the guests had to reach the resort on their own & as per the client briefing all guests would reach by 1400hrs. However to our surprise guests reached at midnight & clients requested for their rooms & morning breakfast which was not the part of package for day 01. We approached the Hotel GM & Director Sales to arrange the same. Client has really appreciated the efforts of CNK team & gave excellent feedback.

Cox and Kings was appointed to organise the most memorable Incentive trip to India for a Corporate Award Winner programme for the store owners of a telecom company who had produced top revenue targets for the company. On the last day of the trip, the company had decided to organise a gala award function in one of the Palaces in Jaipur. A big rice logo of the company was the highlight and it was important for the corporate as it represented the brand. The guest were to arrive at 1845hrs.

Cox and Kings team visited the Palace in advance at 1600Hrs to look at the set up and found that the Red colour in the rice logo did not match with the actual logo colour of the corporate. The vendor made the colour without realising that his cartridge missed one of the colours. In order to match the colour he tried to use various possible items but was not able to match the same red colour.

With time running out and the client was due for inspection in less than an hour and preparing coloured rice with vegetable colour would have taken more 24 Hrs, the C & K team quickly tilted the lights which were focussed on the walls of the palace onto the logo and inserted red colour cellophane paper which produced the exact red colour “ INSTEAD OF PANICKING - SMART THINKING LED TO CLIENT SATISFACTION” and gave C & K the proud moment of ending the incentive in style.

Moving a Giant

Manage a Large group of 1800 employees in Thailand for a Giant. Planning and managing the group, booking and monitoring the flights...including the travel logistics of 1800 participants, Transport to the gala dinner venue from 10 different hotels.

Overcoming Crisis

Stage 1 To Manage a group of 250+ CEOs where the destinations changed twice due to circumstances beyond control.

Stage 2 16 Weeks in advance Instanbul as the Meet Destination is confirmed.

Stage 3 8 Weeks before travel for security reasons the destination is shifted to Malaysia with stay in 4 star hotels.

Stage 4 3 Weeks before the Meet again hotels had to be shifted due to local government directives. Rooms and Meetings organised in alternate hotels in line with the clients profile and requirement.

Result Swift and capable to handle last minute changes and yet to be flexible enough to move quickly in managing emergencies.

Big needs are not boring

To Organize a Unique Team Building Employee Initiative activity for 450 employees incentive to Malaysia. 10 days prior to event was asked to organise a Mini Marathon on the Malaysian roads for 450 participants. The Logistics required blocking a stretch of the road, local police coordination, medical team on standby, corporate branding across the run and above all to give a complete look and feel of an International Marathon.

Outcome Same achieved with great success in the short time-frame where in the marathon had a complete international look and feel and was conducted with a professional set up.

Result New Year`s Incentive Program signed up with Cox & Kings in Malaysia itself.

Cricket Howzzaat

Challenge Organized a Cricket tournament of International Standard and at the same time kept a 500+ group involved throughout the period of the game.

Process T-20 at the Sharjah Cricket ground. The teams played amidst professional umpires, technicians & commentators. Giant Screens at the stadium displayed at the game thus giving it a professional and international look. Barbeque lunch and snacks were served during the day and the evening ended with a Gala Dinner organised in the Stadium.

100% Pure vegetarian Meals only

Challenge To ensure that a large community of 400+ staunch vegetarian travellers got 100% vegetarian diet daily 4 times daily on their 14 days International trip.

Event 13 Chefs from India travelled with the group for 14 days on the China Itinerary. The task was to ensure that the group comprising of travellers from Jain, Marwari and Gujarati community were assured 100% pure vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening Hi tea for 14 days.

Result The tour was a whopping success and Cox & Kings was appointed for their next 24 days USA & Canada tour on similar parameters.
