Cox and Kings Ltd net revenues (excluding discontinued operations) up 12%


Mumbai, February 13th 2015: Cox & Kings Ltd. the leading holidays and education travel group having operations in 23 countries across four continents, today announced its financial results for the third quarter FY 15 December 31st, 2014.

Q3FY15 Highlights:

Consolidated excluding the discontinued operations of camping division:
  • Net Sales up by 14% to Rs. 466 crore as against Rs. 408 crore in Q3FY14.
  • EBITDA (excl. forex gain / loss) stood at Rs. 152 crore increased by 45% (y-o-y) as compared to Rs 105 crore in Q3FY14.
  • PAT stood at Rs. (-)14 crore as against Rs. 30.91 crore in Q3FY14

Standalone
  • Net Sales up by Rs. 110 crore as against Rs. 95 crore in Q3FY14
  • EBITDA (excl forex gain/loss) for the quarter up by 14% to Rs. 49 crore as against Rs.43 crore in the corresponding period last year
  • PAT up by 24% to Rs. 31 crore as against Rs. 23 crore in Q3FY14

9M FY 15 Highlights:

Consolidated excluding the discontinued operations of camping division:
  • Net Sales up by 20 % to Rs. 1,717 crore as against Rs.1,434 crore in 9MFY14
  • EBITDA (excl. forex gain/loss) up by 19 % (y-o-y) to Rs. 757 crore as compared to Rs. 637 crore in 9MFY14

Standalone
  • Net Sales up by 15 % Rs. 376 crore as against Rs 326 crore in 9MFY14
  • EBITDA (excl. forex gain/loss) for the quarter up by 15% to Rs. 197 crore as against Rs. 171 crore in the corresponding period last year
  • PAT up by 11% to Rs. 122 crore as against Rs. 105 crore in 9MFY14
