Welcome to your 'Cox & Kings - South African Extravaganza' tour!

On arrival in Cape Town, your Cox & Kings representative will greet you at the 'meeting point' at the exit. After immigration and customs, transfer comfortably to your hotel and check-in (after 15:00 hours).

Later, proceed to visit the famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, one of Cape Town's biggest tourist attractions where you will also enjoy a ride on the Cape Wheel, a giant observation wheel that offers spectacular 360 degree panoramic views of the city.

Cape Town

Today, after breakfast at the hotel, proceed on an exciting orientation tour of this beautiful city with its majestic Table Mountain backdrop. Enjoy a ride on the Cable Car 3600 (weather permitting) to reach at the top of Table Mountain for panoramic views of the city and coastline.

Drive past Green Market square, District Six, and company gardens, Houses of the Parliament, the City Hall, the Castle and Slave Lodge. Then, visit the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, V&A Waterfront and the Two Oceans Aquarium.

End your exciting day with a breathtaking helicopter ride and enjoy spectacular view of the city from the iconic and vibrant V&A Waterfront precinct.

Cape Town

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on an exciting full-day tour to the Cape of Good Hope.

Drive via the Ou Kaapse Weg and the Atlantic Coast to Cape Point. Here, the Atlantic and the Indian Ocean are said to meet. Marvel at the view from the southernmost tip of South Africa.

Then, enjoy a cruise to Hout Bay to the Seal Colony (weather permitting). Return along the False Bay Coast visiting the Jackass penguins at Boulders Beach. Afterwards, enjoy some leisure time for shopping at the Canal Walk Mall (time permitting) and proceed for dinner.

Today after breakfast, check-out and proceed to Stellenbosch - the largest wine region in South Africa with more than 100 wine cellars, to say the least. The name 'Stellenbosch' is almost synonymous with the wine industry.

On arrival, proceed for a guided vineyard tour with exclusive wine tasting. Surrounded by the Stellenbosch Mountains, this town boasts of one of the most picturesque settings in the Cape.

Then, continue to the hotel and check-in.

The rest of the day is at leisure to relax & enjoy the beauty of this place on your own.

Stellenbosch - Knysna

After a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, bid farewell to Stellenbosch and proceed to Knysna.

En route, stop at Mossel Bay a harbour town where you will visit the Bartolomeu Dias Museum Complex which is the largest of the museums in Mossel Bay.

Later, enjoy a visit to the Post Office Tree - a post box in the shape of an old boot has now been erected under the tree, and the tree declared a national heritage site. Continue your drive, en route stop to enjoy scenic sunset cruise.

Then, proceed to your hotel and check-in.

Knysna

After breakfast at the hotel, head to Oudtshoorn, which is set in a semi-arid valley. Drive through the Wine lands along the Breede River to Oudtshoorn - 'the Feather Capital of the World'. Visit the famous Cango Caves, where the stalactite and stalagmite formations are an incredible sight.

Later, proceed to the Ostrich Farm where you can enjoy shows performed by well-trained birds. You also have a chance to ride this magnificent bird and try your luck at breaking an ostrich egg, which is an impossible task.

Thereafter, drive to 'Cheetah Ranch', where you can marvel at the grace and beauty of the world's fastest animal. Lastly, experience Crocodile Enclosure.

Knysna

Today after breakfast, proceed to visit the world's highest point for Bungee Jumping - Bloukrans
Bridge located in the Tsitsikamma Region. Here, you have a chance to experience the adventurous Bungee Jump (at your expense).

The rest of the day is at leisure. You can opt for activities such as helicopter ride - for aerial views of South African waters and its scenic beauty or Quad Biking - a 4-wheeled bike ride or a speed boat ride.

Today after breakfast, proceed to the airport in Knysna to board the flight for Kruger National Park.

On arrival, you will be met by a local representative and will be transferred comfortably to your lodge.

Kruger National Park is South Africa's largest national park, synonymous with the word 'safari.' The diversity, density and sheer numbers of animals that you can spot here is almost unparalleled.

The rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities.

Today, embark on a full day game drive in Kruger National Park.

Ensure you bring your camera along as you will be spotting the BIG 5 in their natural environment. The abundance of species you will see will be an experience of a lifetime. Get up close to the animals in your specialized safari vehicle lead by an expert guide.

Later this evening, enjoy a sumptuous 3 course dinner while swapping stories of your animal encounters earlier that day.

Knysna

Today after breakfast, proceed to visit the world's highest point for Bungee Jumping - Bloukrans
Bridge located in the Tsitsikamma Region. Here, you have a chance to experience the adventurous Bungee Jump (at your expense).

The rest of the day is at leisure. You can opt for activities such as helicopter ride - for aerial views of South African waters and its scenic beauty or Quad Biking - a 4-wheeled bike ride or a speed boat ride.

DAY 08    |    
Knysna - Kruger National Park

Today after breakfast, proceed to the airport in Knysna to board the flight for Kruger National Park.

On arrival, you will be met by a local representative and will be transferred comfortably to your lodge.

Kruger National Park is South Africa's largest national park, synonymous with the word 'safari.' The diversity, density and sheer numbers of animals that you can spot here is almost unparalleled.

The rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities.

DAY 09    |    
Kruger National Park

Today, embark on a full day game drive in Kruger National Park.

Ensure you bring your camera along as you will be spotting the BIG 5 in their natural environment. The abundance of species you will see will be an experience of a lifetime. Get up close to the animals in your specialized safari vehicle lead by an expert guide.

Later this evening, enjoy a sumptuous 3 course dinner while swapping stories of your animal encounters earlier that day.

Kruger National Park - Johannesburg

Today after breakfast, proceed to Johannesburg.

On arrival, embark for a panoramic orientation tour of the city. Visit Gandhi Square where Gandhiji had his office, Elise Park Stadium, Nelson Mandela Square and Hillbrow Tower.

Later, proceed to your hotel and check-in.

The rest of the evening is at leisure to explore the city.
