Welcome to your Cox & Kings Drupa tour. Upon arrival in Germany, after immigration and customs, your Cox & Kings representative will greet you outside the exit gate. Transfer to Hotel (check in is only available after 1400 hours).

Visa
You must be in possession of Schengen visa issued by the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany.
  • Visa fees are subject to revision by the consulate from time to time. In such a case additional charges may be applicable.
  • The time taken for obtaining visas is 3 working days.
  • During peak season, visas take longer to obtain due to large volumes of visas that have to be processed by the consulates.
  • First time travelers must appear for personal interview and carry along with them their original qualification Certificates.
  • Visitor’s of the trade fair should provide their visitors pass for processing visas.
  • Exhibitor’s of the trade fair should provide stall Confirmation invoice and full payment receipt for processing visas.
 
GERMAN VISA REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Valid passport (06 months)
  2. Passport should have been issued within the previous 10 years; contain atleast 2 balnk pages & its validity shall extend atleast 3 months after the intended date of departure from the Schengen countries.
  3. 1 visa application form duly signed (original).
  4. 1 Declaration form signed by passenger.
  5. 2 recent Photographs 35 x 45 MM Not more than 3 Months Old with 80% face visible, photos only of the head taken against a white background Photos should not cut off any facial features including hair & ears clarity with emphasis on features and absence of shadow in or around the facial features. Photographs of bespectacled applicants should be reproduced without reflection to enable identification of the eyes.
  6. Detail Covering letter from the company with name, Designation, purpose of visit & duration of stay.
  7. Business invitation from Germany.
  8. Confirmed return ticket original.
  9. I.T Challan’s Copy for last 3 yrs Company.
  10. Personal IT Papers or Form 16 Copies for last 3 Years.
  11. Salary slips last 3 months original (If New joiner Appointment letter).
  12. Overseas Medical Insurance original.
  13. Memorandum & Articles of Association OR Partnership Deed.
  14. Last Six Months Bank Statement Company & personal.
 
Notes
  • In case of currency fluctuations of more than 3% or amendment in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly. The price is calculated at 1 Euro = Rs. 70.
  • Minimum group strength should be 30 full paying passengers travelling together on each tour.
