Welcome to your Cox & Kings CPhI tour. Upon arrival in Madrid, after immigration and customs, your Cox & Kings representative will greet you outside the exit gate. Transfer to Hotel (check in is only available after 1400 hours).

In the morning, proceed to the Madrid fairground; Day is free to Decorate Stall. In the evening return to the hotel.

Visa

You must be in possession of Schengen visa issued by the Consulate General of Spain.

Visa fees are subject to revision by the consulate from time to time. In such a case additional charges may be applicable.
The time taken for obtaining visas is 15-20 working days.
During peak season, visas take longer to obtain due to large volumes of visas that have to be processed by the consulates.
Visitor’s of the trade fair should provide their visitors pass for processing visas.
Exhibitor’s of the trade fair should provide stall Confirmation invoice and full payment receipt for processing visas.

SPAIN VISA REQUIREMENTS:

Original Passport + all old passports ( 20 YEARS VALIDITY PASSPORT NOT ACCEPTED )(required all passport xerox copy).
1 Form, (form Print Back to Back & Signed and Filled by Blue ink only).
3 Photo (35 x 45 mm white background face size 25 x35 mm).
Covering letter address to Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai.
Invitation from Spain directly fax to the consulate copy to us, (address to Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai).
Last 3 yrs IT Returns.
Original Personal Last 6 month Bank statements, (Bank round seal, Bank Address stamp, Bank Telephone no, Signature of Branch Manager or Bank Accountant).
Original Company Last 6 month Bank statements, (Bank round seal, Bank Address stamp, Bank Telephone no, Signature of Branch Manager or Bank Accountant).
Exchange/ Credit card copy.
Original travel Insurance.
Return Ticket.
Hotel confirmation.
Pan card copy.
Outstation passports pls submit their Residence Proof Telephone bill/ Electricity Bill/ Agreement AND letter from company with current residential address.

Notes

In case of currency fluctuations of more than 3% or amendment in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly. The price is calculated at 1 Euro = Rs. 70
Minimum group strength should be 30 full paying passengers travelling together on each tour.
