Q 2. Can I redeem this offer towards cash or purchasing any other services ?

Ans. This offer can only be redeemed towards booking of an international holiday and cannot be redeemed towards cash or towards purchase of any simplicitor services such as flight tickets, train tickets, bus tickets, transfers, car rentals, hotels or foreign exchange. Furthermore, the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional scheme or any other special offers floated by Cox & Kings Ltd.

Q 3. What is the validity of this offer ?

Ans. This offer is valid for bookings received from 25th September 2015 to 30th September 2015 and will be available either till stocks run out or till 30th September 2015 whichever is earlier.

You must complete these Free Holidays after completing your main tour and between 1st April 2016 to 30th June 2016. The Free International Holiday will be given to ten lucky customer (on lucky draw basis).

Q 4. When do I have to actually travel on the main holiday ?

Ans. You can choose to travel on dates available between 1st October 2015 to 31st March 2016.

Q 5. How do I become eligible?

Ans. As soon as you make the full and final payment for your main tour, you are eligible for the “BHARAT DEKHO DUNIYA GHUMO” offer.

For International Holidays, in case you do not have a valid passport, then you must get it but keep in mind the date of departure.

Q 6. When will I get the Free International Holiday ?

Ans. You will get any one Free International Holiday, anytime after completing your main tour. You can avail the Free International Holiday on dates of your choice but complete free holidays between 1st April 2016 to 30th June 2016. However these holidays cannot be availed during peak periods, Festivals, long weekends, Trade Fair etc.

Q 7. Where do I book my holiday?

Ans. You can book your holiday at any of our Cox and Kings offices, franchisees or preferred agents or on our website www.coxandkings.com or by paying a minimum amount of Rs.10,000 to 15,000 per person to reserve your holiday.

Ans. No. You will not get this offer.

Q 10. If i don’t get a chance to win Free International Holiday would I be eligible for a discount?

Ans. Yes, you will be eligible for discount as per offer price.

Q 11. Is the Free International Holiday transferable?

Ans. No, the Free International Holiday is not transferable.

Q 12. Is the free international holiday encashable?

Ans. No, the Free International Holiday is not encashable.

Q 13. How much would I have to pay for the holiday?

Ans.Please refer to the Price Grids Booklet for all costs of tours and for the inclusions and exclusions and any other information that you need under “BHARAT DEKHO DUNIYA GHUMO” offer.

Q 14. What if I do not pay on time?

Ans. If your full payment is not received by the due date and / or you do not comply with other terms and conditions of the offer, you would not be entitled to receive the benefit under such offer. You will then be automatically charged the regular brochure price or any prevalent promotional price (with its applicable conditions) available at the time when you make your full payments.

If you do not wish to travel then, you will be subject to the applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy.

Q 15. What if I cancel my booking made under this Offer?

Ans. In case you decide to cancel your booking which you have done under this Offer, you would have to pay the cancellation charges as per Bharat Deko terms & conditions and you will not be eligible for this offer.

Q 16. Do I need to pay anything in addition to the tour price of the holiday packages?

Ans.Apart from the applicable price mentioned in the price grids, each passenger will have to pay for GST and any optionals if selected. High season charges will be extra (if any, during Peak Period / certain holidays trade fairs / or any other period specifically mentioned). For free International holiday which will be given to selected customer (Lucky draw winner), we recommend that you process the visas, the overseas mediclaim insurance policy and other appropriate insurances and basic travel quota through Cox & Kings Ltd.

NOTE:
1. VISA -
It is recommended to do your visa application through Cox & Kings. Please note this service is only a facilitation service and Cox & Kings Ltd does NOT guarantee a visa. The consulate / embassy is entitled to ask you to provide additional documents and / or make a personal appearance and they have a right to reject your application.

2. INSURANCE -
It is recommended that you purchase a Travel / Medical Insurance Policy to cover the risk to life, limb and property whilst on tour from an insurance company identified and named by Cox & Kings. You must check the accuracy and correctness of the policies and in case of any errors report the same to the Insurance Company to rectify it as Cox & Kings Ltd will not be responsible for the same. Please note that any claim would have to be referred directly to the insurance company and Cox & Kings Ltd is only a facilitator. You must ensure that you carry the insurance policy with you on the tour.

Q 17. What if the visa of the Free International Holiday is rejected?

Ans. Granting of visa is the sole discretion of concerned embassy / consulate. Hence, incase of visa rejection, Cox & Kings Ltd will not be liable / responsible. However incase of any such visa rejection for a particular destination you shall have the option to choose an alternative destination. Notwithstanding anything contrary contained herein incase you do not wish to choose an alternative destination then Cox & Kings Ltd shall not be held responsible / liable for any refund in terms of visa application and processing fees paid by you to Cox & Kings Ltd.

Q 18. What is INCLUDED in the FREE INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAY?

Ans. For your FREE International Holiday includes:

  • Return Airfare Ex Hubs (BOM/DEL/CCU/MAA).
  • Accommodation in 03 star hotels or similar.
  • Breakfast.
  • Transfers and sightseeing (Sit and coach or private vehicle as per tour & destination).
  • Government service taxes (GST).

Q 19. What is EXCLUDED in the FREE INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAY ?

Ans. For FREE INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAY tour does not includes:

  • Visa charges and processing fees.
  • Insurance
  • Meals which are not part of the tour itinerary
  • Services of a tour manager
  • Cost of optional tours
  • Porterage at hotels, airports & sea ports, tips, Laundry, mineral water, telephone charges and all item of personal nature & also food and drinks not forming part of mentioned.
  • Anything which is not specifically mentioned in the Tour price includes section.

NOTE:
All statutory taxes if any (direct or indirect, including local levies, TDS registration fees, insurance) on the holiday shall be payable by the passenger (s) and Cox and Kings Ltd will not be responsible / liable for the same. Please refer to the inclusions and exclusions box in the Price Grids Booklet.

Q 20. What if Cox and Kings cancels my tour?

Ans. We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure without assigning any reason. In such a situation we would offer you alternative tour dates / tours. If the alternative date / tour is not acceptable, we would refund the money paid by you. However, we would not be responsible or liable to pay any compensation on or damages or consequential loss or to refund any other expenses incurred by you. However, in the event of the Company exercising its rights to amend or alter any tour / holiday advertised in their Brochure / itinerary after it has been booked but prior to departure, you shall have the option to continue with the tour / holiday as amended or altered or to accept any alternative tour / holiday, which the Company may offer. In either of these above cases the Company shall not be liable to you for any damage, additional expenses, consequential loss suffered by you or to pay any amount as refund.

Please Note: This condition does not apply due to cancellation of tours by the company due to Force majeure conditions.

Q 21.What is the payment and cancellation policy for this offer?

Ans. Booking amount for all the tours taken under “BHARAT DEKHO & DUNIYA GHUMO” OFFER is Rs.10,000 to 15,000 per person.

There will be a GST of 14% applicable over and above all mentioned charges. Hence, post deduction of cancellation charges with service tax,balance amount will be refunded

  • Festival and high season surcharge will apply. All kind of taxes, fuel hikes as and when received, would be applicable with immediate effect. Tour prices is available for travel in select months only.
  • The benefit under the scheme is guaranteed subject to the above and shall not be withdrawn by the company voluntarily. This is however subject to clause 8.
  • In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning the “BHARAT DEKHO DUNIYA GHUMO” Offer or any alleged defect or deficiency of service availed, the same shall be resolved through arbitration as per the arbitration and the conciliation act 1996 and said will be at Mumbai.
  • The “BHARAT DEKHO DUNIYA GHUMO” Offer does not amount to endorsement of the goods or services provided by organization / concerns like airlines, hotels, transport provider, cruise companies etc. whose services / products are availed by clients redeeming the “BHARAT DEKHO DUNIYA GHUMO” Offer or assurance as to their quality by Cox & Kings Ltd. and the company shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency therein.
  • All statutory taxes (direct or indirect, including local levies, TDS, registration fees, Insurance) on the “BHARAT DEKHO DUNIYA GHUMO” Offer shall be payable by you. Cox & Kings will not be responsible / liable for the same.
  • All decisions pertaining to the Cox & Kings “BHARAT DEKHO & DUNIYA GHUMO” Offer are at the sole discretion of Cox & Kings Ltd.
