Day 01
Arrive Delhi  |  On to Jaipur (263 kms. / approx. 5 hour drive)

Welcome to Delhi, the grand capital of India. On arrival at the Delhi airport or railway station, begin your tour of 'Heartland of Rajasthan'. You will drive to the 'Pink City' of Jaipur. On arrival, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore this vibrant colourful city.
Day 02
In Jaipur  |  Visit Amer Fort, City Palace and Jantar Mantar

This morning, you will proceed on a visit to Amer Fort. (Elephant ride or jeep ride on direct payment). Enroute enjoy a photo-stop at Hawa Mahal - the palace of wind. Later you will visit the City Palace and finally visit Jantar-Mantar, the observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh-II.
Day 03
On to Bikaner (310 kms / approx. 7 hour drive)

Today enjoy a drive from the lush green Aravalli plains to the rugged desert city of Bikaner, where on arrival you will check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore the bustling local markets.
Day 04
In Bikaner  |  Visit Junagarh Fort

This morning, visit the magnificent Junagarh fort built of red sandstone. In the afternoon, enjoy an excursion to the famous Karni Mata Temple in Deshnok, the only temple in India where rats are worshipped.
Day 05
On to Jaisalmer (335 kms / approx. 7 hour drive)

Today your journey continues into the heart of the Thar Desert, to the citadel of Jaisalmer, where on arrival you will check into your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 06
Visit Jaisalmer Fort  |  On to Sam

This morning, you will visit the impregnable Jaisalmer Fort situated on top of the Trikuta Hill, enclosed by 99 bastions. In the evening, you will drive to Sam to visit the Sand Dunes. Enjoy a camel ride or a camel cart safari on the sand dunes (on direct payment basis).
Day 07
On to Jodhpur (325 kms. / approx. 7 hour drive)

Today, you will drive to the Marwar, capital city of Jodhpur, sprawled around the impressive cliff top Meherangarh Fort. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. The evening is free to explore the textile and antique markets.
Day 08
In Jodhpur  |  Visit Meherangarh Fort

This morning, visit the imposing Meherangarh Fort. Explore the various museums that house the finest artifacts of the royal family of Jodhpur. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure.
Day 09
Return home with happy memories  |  Optional Udaipur Add on Package

Today bid farewell to 'Heartland of Rajasthan' tour as you are transferred to Jodhpur airport or Jodhpur railway station for your onward journey.
