Paris came to a standstill as Shah Rukh Khan arrived at Musée Grévin in Paris to unveil his wax statute on a Monday morning. There was a buzz all around and fans arrived early to catch a glimpse of the actor. The drizzle did not dampen their spirits either.
Cox and Kings, represented by Karan Anand, Head – Business Development spoke about the special relationship between Musée Grévin and the company and the joint effort in bringing Shah Rukh Khan to Paris. With this Musée Grévin would attract French as well as Indian tourists from across the world. Cox and Kings is the exclusive partner of Musée Grévin.
The show started at 9 am when guests from the Paris tourism industry were treated to some light breakfast in the Hall of Columns that had the wax statue of Mahatma Gandhi and Mother Theresa. Guests were later escorted to the Theatre on the first floor where Shah Rukh Khan made a grand entry. He was overwhelmed by the warmth of his fans and was surprised to see a large number of them.
Shah Rukh Khan was accompanied by his wife, Karan Johar and Ritesh Deshmukh.
