  • What are Cox & Kings Gift Cards?

    Looking for flexibility and comfort in your gifting options? Cox & Kings Gift Cards are the perfect solution! Pick one of our pre-paid holiday gift cards, load it up with money, and send it over to the lucky recipient. We will start our programme with four gift cards - Classic, Silver, Gold, and Travel Like A Goddess. This will be followed by occasion- and holiday-specific cards, some of which will be available as e-gift vouchers.


    With a choice of adventure, family, romance and women-only tours to a range of exciting domestic and international destinations, you can pick a tour to suit your personality or holiday style. Valid for one year, with extensions on select cards, these gift cards make for the perfect gift!

  • What is the difference between a physical gift card and an e-gift voucher?

    Apart from the form (physical & electronic), there are various things that differentiate these items:


    a: E-gift vouchers are meant for one-time use, while gift cards can be used multiple times.

    b: You can top-up the physical gift cards and extend validity only on selective range, but this option is not available for e-gift vouchers.

  • Where can I buy a gift card?

  • Who can buy or use the card?

    The cards can be used by citizens of any nationality and have no age restrictions. Just choose your card, fill in your details, make the payment and you're ready for your dream holiday!

  • What payment options are available for buyers?

    We have multiple payment options, both offline and online. You can make online payments via debit cards, credit cards, netbanking, wallet/cash cards, MasterPass, IMPS and EMIs. In addition to this, you can also use cash and cheques to buy gift cards at one of our listed stores. Please note that in case of cheque payments, the gift card will only be activated after the cheque is encashed.

  • How many cards can I buy at a time?

    There are no limits as such! You can buy up to 10 cards at a time online. The purchase of more than 10 cards will be considered a bulk order and you will have to submit a corporate enquiry for the same.

  • What do I need to buy a gift card?

    Buying or gifting a dream holiday is easy, with no documents required to purchase a Cox & Kings Gift Card. Just choose your card, fill in your details, make the payment and you're ready for your dream holiday!

  • How do I make bulk purchases of gift cards?

    If you want to make large-scale purchases (more than 10 at a time), you will need to make a corporate enquiry. To do this, just visit www.coxandkings.com and fill in the hassle-free corporate enquiry form stating your requirements. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation mail from us and one of our executives will get in touch with you.

  • How will I receive my card?

    Your electronic-gift vouchers will be available online immediately. If you're buying the gift cards, you can choose to pick it up from our list of stores or request to have it couriered to your address. Please remember to mention how you would like to receive your card during the registration process.

  • Can I upgrade or convert my card after purchase?

    Once you have purchased a pre-paid gift card, you cannot upgrade it or change it to a theme- or occasion-specific card.

  • Can the cards be personalised with names/messages?

    You cannot add messages and/or names on the cards at the moment. However, we plan to introduce the option to personalise your gift cards very soon.

  • What happens if I lose my card?

    Misplaced your card? Don't worry! Just visit our Card Management page to report the loss and request a reissue of your card. Please note, this is not available for certain gift card options.

  • How can I keep track of my card balance or validity?

    Visit our Card Management section to check your card's balance, validity and top-up options. We also offer an active SMS service to keep you updated on your card balance.

  • Can we top-up a card after its expiry date?

    While we do have the option of extending the validity of your card, it is not available on all the cards. While buying your card, be sure to check if it has an extension option or needs to be used within the 12 months from time of purchase.

  • Can we redeem these gift cards against flights and hotels?

    The gift cards can only be redeemed against Cox & Kings holidays, valid under each card category, and cannot be used to buy flights and book hotels separately.

  • Can the balance from an expired card be transferred to a new card?

    Yes, you can transfer the balance from the expired card to a new gift card. However, this option is not available on certain gift cards. Before buying a card, please read the terms of use for more details.

  • Can you use multiple cards to buy a single holiday?

    Yes, you can club multiple cards to purchase your dream holiday. Just make sure they are valid on the products applicable to the card or category.

  • Can you use different types of cards to buy the same holiday?

    Yes, you can club different types of cards to buy one holiday. Just make sure each of the cards being used supports the type of product being bought.

  • Which holidays are included in CNK products?

    CNK products include Cox & Kings entire range of holidays, ranging from Bharat Deko, Duniya Dekho, Flexihol, G Adventure, Getaway Goddess, and Instant Holidays.

  • Can we cancel holidays that have been purchased with a gift card? Do we get a refund?

    Yes, you can cancel holidays booked using a gift card. However, you will only be refunded the money left after deducting the cancellation fee (as per the product cancellation policy).
