How to book
STEP 1
Just go to our website www.coxandkings.com and click on 'Holidays' or you can click directly on 'Flexihols'. Get a choice of holidays that range from three to basic 5 star holidays or on luxury Escapades for 5 star plus luxury holidays.
STEP 2
Search for your holiday based on the destination, city, your departure date, the number of nights you'd like to spend. You can select your holiday by your interests such as family, explorer, shopper, romance, deal hunter, luxury, adventurer and your rooming based on number of passengers and how many are adult and children. You can select packages that have an airline service built in or simply choose land packages only.
STEP 3
You will get a variety of packages. Select your choice from the options.
  1. You can add additional nights to each individual city.
  2. You can view the hotel details included in the package or you can change the hotels for alternatives.
  3. You can view / select and add flights in your itinerary.
  4. Read the Itineraries, Inclusions, Exclusions, Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
STEP 4
Review your itinerary. Now the fun part ! You can add optional tours and excursions to your itinerary based on your free time available.
STEP 5
If you want to add a Visa facilitation service and / or a TrawellTag with Insurance, you may.
STEP 6
Now review your complete itinerary, with your selection of services, optionals and the price. You have the flexibility to remove certain services / optional tours that you do not want and can review the price again. So simple !
STEP 7
Ready to book ? Just fill in the passenger details. Check the User Agreement and Cancellation Policy before accepting them online.
STEP 8
Now comes the payment part ! Fill in the billing details page, along with the delivery address if it is different from the billing details. You have the option either to make part payment as a token reservation amount online or make a full payment for your holiday in one go. You can pay by Debit / Credit card or Net Banking or you can pay partially offline.
STEP 9
Next, we require the following documents couriered to us urgently to the address listed. This helps us for the KYC 'Know your customer' norms as required by RBI (Reserve Bank of India)

The documents are:
  1. Physically signed booking form by the traveler.
  2. Physically signed Terms & Conditions form by the traveler.
  3. Signed Photocopy of the first 2 pages and last 2 pages of your passport.
  4. Proof of Address by way of copies of Bills of utility services like Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill or Ration Card etc.
  5. Cheque / Demand draft in the name of 'Cox & Kings Ltd.' for any offline payment.
  6. Visa documentation
PLEASE NOTE:
  1. On payment of the booking amount and documentation amount / full payment you will receive an acknowledgement for the amount paid.
  2. On the website if you have paid via credit card, you will be able to view the monies paid under the 'View Transaction' listed on the site.
  3. You will have to pay all bank charges including charges relating to cheque / demand draft at the applicable rate in addition to the tour cost.
  4. Courier charges will be applicable.
  5. The prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the transaction would be applicable.
  6. Your service vouchers will not be emailed to you unless all documents and payments have been given to us.
  7. If the utility bill that you are providing as proof of address is in the name of some other member of your family, with whom you are living and are closely related, then you would need to provide us such utility bill along with a declaration from the person named in such utility bill stating that you are a relative and are staying with him / her.
