suitcase and one handbag per person in

stops provided at regular intervals.
We regret that in the interest of your
fellow passengers, eating, smoking and
drinking alcoholic beverages is strictly
not permitted on the coach. It is in your
interest to keep the coach neat and clean,
so that you and your fellow passengers
can be comfortable during your holiday.

follow the instructions of the Tour
Manager. Sometimes due to high
occupancy, hotel rooms might not be
ready, in which case we request you to
wait patiently. You have the option of
reserving a room from the previous day,
though at an extra cost.
Hotel rooms around the world have
facilities like a mini-bar, pay television
channels, which have to be paid for as
per usage. Some hotels offer safe deposit
lockers. We would recommend that you
make use of them.
Unlike other countries, most hotels across
Europe do not have air-conditioners / fans
due to climatic conditions. Please note any
damage to your room will be charged to
you directly by the hotel.

Your Personal Tour Expenses
You need to carry money for your
shopping and personal expenses like
tips, mineral water (In certain countries

meals, alcoholic beverages, tea / coffee,
soft drinks, telephone calls, laundry, minibars,
pay channels on T. V., paid toilets,
porterage, room service, excess baggage
charge, etc. as they are not included in

The drivers are bound by restrictions
concerning maximum driving hours per
day and per week, and the itineraries
are planned with regard to the same. It
is therefore essential that the itineraries,
schedules and timings are strictly
adhered to by you so as to ensure that all

or any of your co-passengers miss any
service due to impunctuality, there would
be no refund for the same. This shall be

your coach driver spends a large part
of the day driving you safely, loads and
unloads your luggage onto the coach; it
is customary to tip him. It is mandatory

Passengers' Meeting Point
Passengers joining the tour should report
at the arrival hall as per the scheduled
flight or meet up in the hotel booked for

case you will have to make your own
transfer arrangements. We can arrange
your transfers at an additional cost.
Any change of your return journey date
after departure from India, will attract
a 'Change in Reservation Fee', payable
directly to the airline. This fee may range
from USD 75 to 200 or more per person.
In addition, a class difference may be
applicable in case seats are not available
in the group class. This can be advised
only at the time of date change.
Class Of Travel
Passengers can upgrade to Business /
First Class by paying the difference in the
airfare at the time of booking the tour.
If traveling on your own after the tour
ends, the responsibility to reconfirm air
tickets would be yours.
The tour price does not include airport,
government taxes and fuel charges or
any other taxes that may be levied, unless
Arrival / Departure Transfers
As other members of your group would
be flying from different hubs from India,
you would be required to wait for some
time so that they can join you at the
arrival area as common airport pick-up
facility is provided for the entire group.
Also in view of the common airport
drop facility provided for your group, you
would be required to travel to the airport
along with other group members even
though your flight time is later than other
members of your group.
Things To Cary On Tour
In general, carry 4 to 5 pairs of casual
clothing like jeans, trousers, shorts,
T-shirts, shirts, Punjabi dresses, sarees,
swimwear, comfortable walking shoes
and a formal attire for occasions like a
Gala Evening Dinner, Captain's Dinner,
Casino visit. In Europe, you will need to
additionally carry thermal wear / warm
clothing like woolen sweaters / pullovers,
shawls, warm socks, warm jacket,
stockings, gloves and a wind cheater.
Carry some woolen pullovers / shawls.
Please travel light as porters are not
always available. Bags with wheels are
advised as you need to carry your bags at
the airports, from /to the coach, hotels,
etc. Expect to pay upto Euros 2/- per
suitcase per way to porters.
Your check-in baggage should be locked
and clearly labeled for easy identification
both inside and outside.
Never accept any parcel / bags from any
strangers / co-passengers. Be alert while
loading / unloading your luggage lest you

Economy class passengers may carry
upto 20 kgs of check-in baggage per
person and one piece of hand luggage not
more than 5 kgs.
Excess baggage payment varies on low

fare on other airlines. Travellers on low
cost carriers are liable to pay for their
luggage as per airline policy.

Hand Baggage / Essential / Personal Items
Your hand baggage should include
toiletries, sun glasses, extra set of
prescription glasses, torch, umbrella,
sweater / shawl, camera / video
(batteries to be removed and kept in
the check-in baggage), film rolls or video
cassettes, universal electric plug pin,
international roaming cellular phone,
SIM card and charger if necessary and
a set of clothes. Valuables should not be
put in the check-in baggage and should
be kept in hand baggage only, along with
medicines with doctor's prescriptions.
Medicines need prescriptions, with a drug
generic name listed, as the brand name
differs across countries.
Airline rules regarding baggage keep
changing. All your baggage will be
screened and possibly hand-searched as
part of the security measures.
Travellers may carry limited quantities of
liquids, gels or pastes in containers not
exceeding 3 oz. or 90 ml. The containers
must be carried in a separate clear plastic,
zip-top or re-sealable bag that does not
exceed 20cm x 20cm. At the airport, the
plastic bag must be removed from the
cabin bag and be x-rayed separately.

Passport Requirement of booking. The passport must be valid
for at least 6 months after the date of
your return to India. All passports should
have sufficient number of blank pages
for the required visas. The passport and
the pages inside should not be damaged
/ stapled / soiled / torn etc. Embassies
/ Consulates of few countries do not
accept passports for visa processing
if your passport is valid for more than
10 years. Also, for some countries the
issue date on your passport should be
after 1st April, 2011.
Please ensure you have the appropriate
visas for going on the tour. Applying well
in advance is always beneficial.
In fact, in the current scenario it would be
far more prudent to furnish all documents
at least four months before the departure
date to avoid disappointments.
At the very least, it is your responsibility
to promptly furnish to us all documents
required for application of your visas
etc. latest by 60 working days before
the departure date. Given the security
concerns and the cautious approach
adopted by embassies and consulates,
visa processing can take quite long. The
processing time for visas varies according
to the tour you have selected which
depends on the number of countries you
wish to visit. Embassies / Consulates are
located in various cities and may require
longer processing time. We assist you
in preparing and submitting the visa
application based on documents provided
by you. We cannot take responsibility of
getting your visa granted. Granting /
rejection of visas is the sole discretion
of embassy / consulate. We only act as
a facilitator for providing visa guidance
services. You may be required to appear
personally before embassy / consulate for
any interview(s) / providing biometrics.
The Company cannot be held liable for
rejection of visas and in such a case
you will have to bear the visa costs,

Your travel insurance policy is an add
on benefit to the TrawellTag / Assist
product, which is included in our tour
package and thus, you are entitled to
travel insurance cover underwritten by
the Oriental Insurance Company, for the
normal duration of the tour and if you are
not more than 70 years in age. Also, an
additional charge may be payable if you
wish to extend the tour for longer than
normal tour duration.
For passengers over 70 years of age, it
is mandatory to undergo medical tests
as prescribed by the insurance company.
