On arrival in Johannesburg, your Cox & Kings representative will greet you at the "meeting point" at the exit. After you complete immigration and customs, transfer to the hotel and check-in.

This morning, proceed for a day's excursion to Knysna. En route, make a halt at Bloukrans Bridge located in the Tsitsikamma Region. Bloukrans Bridge is the site of the world's highest commercial bungee jumping.

Thereafter, continue onto Knynsa, a town in the heart of South Africa's beautiful Garden Route just East of Cape Town, nestled in between the Outeniqua Mountains and the Indian Ocean.

Stop here for a photograph before continuing on your journey across some beautiful towns by the sea.

You can enjoy Bunjee jumping at Bloukrans Bridge (at your own expense).

The rest of the evening is at leisure. You can enjoy optional activities such as Helicopter ride - for breathtaking views of the wonderful sea and more than 60 km of beaches, Quad Biking - a 4-wheeled bike ride or Speed boat ride.

Next, embark on an orientation tour of the city driving past Houses of Parliament, the Castle, Signal Hill, Sea Point, the Waterfront, Malay Quarters and the downtown business district. In the evening, proceed to Canal Walk - the 3rd largest shopping complex in Africa. This shopping centre hosts over 400 stores, 7000 parking bays, numerous restaurants, 20 cinemas and a gaming arcade.

    Visit Table Mountain, taking a cable car to the top (weather permitting) for sweeping views of the city of Cape Town, 'the fairest Cape in the whole circumference of the world'. Return to the city and pass through the Malay Quarter, drive past the Castle and around Table Bay to Milnerton lighthouse. Here, one can see Table Mountain from the same perspective as the early settlers did when they sailed into Table Bay. Visit the much-talked about Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.

Exclusions
  • Optional and Add-On tours unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines on air ticket (presently calculated as on 01st July 2017).
  • Airline / Hotel surcharges (if applicable) during High / Festive Season, Trade Fairs, Exhibitions, Conventions, Special Events etc. to be paid extra per person.
  • Porterage at hotels, airports , laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, items of personal nature, food and drinks not forming part of the touring group's menu.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned under Inclusions.
  • An additional amount of INR 1500/- per person is to be compulsorily paid as 'Secure Your Booking Amount'.
  • Cost of extension of validity or deviation of your air ticket.
  • Cost of US$ 2,50,000 granted by Reserve Bank of India under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme.
  • Any increase in rate of ZAR (presently calculated at 1 ZAR = INR 6.00) leading to an increase in Tour Cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on given day of payment will apply.

Important Note
    • A part of your tour price will be taken in ZAR from your LRS as per the RBI / GOI regulations.
    • Child without bed is an individual under 12 years of age sharing the room with 2 full paying adult passengers and without a bed / cot.
    • Maximum 3 adults are allowed per room.
    • Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
    • Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
    • Glimpses of South Africa tour operates more than one coach per departure & on certain departures will operate in reverse direction.
    • For passengers from other cities joining this tour in Mumbai, the cost of to & fro domestic travel is not included in the Tour Price.
    • The right to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any particular itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a particular airline, the in/out points may change. Services however will remain unchanged.
    • All meals mentioned in the Itinerary are pre-set and a-la carte is not possible.
    • Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
    • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense shall be borne by the passengers.
    • The Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses Incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or any other services.
    • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
    • On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
    • For convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary.However, the services remain unchanged.
    • All timings/instructions on tour provided by the local
    • Representative/guide must be adhered to. Cox & Kings will not be held responsible if passengers do not adhere to such timings/instructions.
    • Due to Government legislation, all indoor venues / areas in South Africa are Non-smoking.
    • The tour price mentioned is applicable provided there are 25 full paying adults travelling on the tour departure. If the mentioned group size is not met passengers will travel on FIT basis. In such a case, FIT supplement will apply & travel arrangements may change  or passengers may be given an option to travel on alternate dates with prevailing surcharges.

You must be in possession of a Single Entry South Africa Visa. The cost of this visa is included in your Main Tour Price. It is mandatory to process your visa through Cox & Kings only.

  • Original Passport (Passport must be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from date of return).
  • 1 Form should be filled & signed with black ink by pax only as per the passport signature.
  • 2 Photographs not older than 1 month (3.5 x 4.5 cm with white background, matt finish 70 to 80% face area visible)
  • Covering letter on business letterhead with name, designation, signature that should match with the passport and with company round seal stamp.
  • Covering letter for Salary person should have Name, Address, Designation and Contact Number.
  • Employers Leave sanction letter with date of joining, designation & leave dates mentioned with company round seal stamp and signature. The Authorised Signatory's designation and contact number must also be mentioned.
  • Pay slip for last 3 months with stamp and signature.
  • Proof of Hotel confirmation directly from South Africa.
  • Day to Day Itinerary.
  • Return Confirmed Ticket (Paper tkt / E-Tkt).
  • For minor, school/college ID card copy with address and Birth Certificate.
