Ratha-Yatra or Roth Jatra or Chariot Festival is a colourful festival which draws millions of devotees from across the world is held in June-July every year. The presiding deities of the Jagannath Temple, Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Goddess Subhadra, are taken from the temple precincts in an elaborate procession to their respective chariots.
